Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role leading PM teams.
• Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably remote.
• Expertise in PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile frameworks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree; PMP or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for a portfolio of complex projects.
• Lead and mentor PMs and coordinators in a remote setting.
• Develop and implement robust PM frameworks and best practices.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Expertise in multiple project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is essential.
