Network Finance is seeking an experienced Technical Lead/Senior Developer to guide a 7-person team in a hybrid environment. You will mentor engineers, contribute hands-on with PHP/Laravel, and ensure scalable, high-quality software aligned with business goals.

The role requires 7–10 years of development experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will drive best practices, participate in architecture discussions, and support ongoing engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant software development experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or similar leadership role.
• Strong hands-on PHP development experience within a LAMP environment.
• Experience working with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, architecture, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing software engineers.
• Ability to drive technical excellence while fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering high-quality software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
