Job summary

Profile Personnel Ltd is seeking a technically strong Paint Line Supervisor / Team Leader to join the production team. The role requires an experienced production professional who can lead a team, resolve technical challenges and maintain production, quality and safety standards on the paint line.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day paint line operations, supervise the floor team, drive efficiency, and provide hands-on technical guidance while ensuring compliance with safety

Qualifications

Engineering qualification relevant to paint line operations.
Automotive industry experience essential.
Experience in supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong technical and mechanical problem-solving ability.
Able to work shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the paint line.
Lead, supervise and coordinate the production team on the floor.
Ensure production targets, quality standards and efficiencies are achieved.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues to minimise downtime.
Monitor workflow and production processes.
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to safety requirements, procedures and standards.
Provide hands-on support and technical guidance to the team.
