Placements24 invites an experienced Lead Operations Consultant to elevate our client's operational excellence in Rustenburg, North West. You will diagnose performance, design optimized processes, and guide end-to-end execution across industries.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply Lean, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints, and mentor client staff through change. Travel to client sites in the North West region will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in operations consulting or supply chain.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering transformations.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and TOC methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel to client sites, especially within Rustenburg and North West.
