Job Description

We’re hiring a Lead Offer Marketing professional to spearhead Industry Automation marketing in a dynamic local market within the English-speaking Africa cluster. In this role, you’ll lead the marketing team, adapt and execute strategic playbooks, drive channel and offer growth, manage pricing agreements, and implement marketing excellence initiatives such as digitization and business intelligence. You’ll also shape commercial policy, oversee MarCom plans and budgets, and champion innovative projects like e‑business to deliver impactful results.

What will you do?
  • Manage the Industry Automation Marketing of the English-speaking Africa Cluster.
  • Lead and develop the teams in charge of the Offer Management, Product Application Engineer, and Solution Architect Engineer.
  • Lead the Annual Marketing and Strategic Plan.
  • Drive the offers as per the market expectations to serve our customers and take market share in line with the commercial policy.
  • Ensure the technical training of all our partners.
  • Monitor, challenge, and adapt the special prices as per each commercial context.
  • Performance measured on: sales in our CRM for all contributed channels; gross margin on the IAOps perimeter; launch of new offer; execution of each growth initiative & deployment of AMSP.
KPI's
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve targeted revenue growth for assigned offers and channels.
  • Market Share: Increase market share in key segments by a defined percentage annually.
  • New Offer Launch Success: Deliver successful launches of new offers within agreed timelines and adoption targets.
  • Gross Margin Improvement: Maintain or improve gross margin on managed offers.
  • Marketing Plan Execution: 100% execution of BU Playbook and AMSP initiatives.
  • Digital Engagement: Increase digital marketing engagement metrics (e.g., website traffic, campaign conversion rates).
  • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve defined customer satisfaction scores for marketing initiatives and partner enablement.
  • Training Completion: Ensure technical training completion for partners and internal teams as per the annual plan.
  • Budget Adherence: Manage marketing budget within approved limits while achieving planned outcomes.
  • Pipeline Development: Grow a qualified pipeline for strategic offers by a set percentage year-over-year.

  • Communication & Influence: Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across matrix organizations.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
