About the Role

Our client, a highly respected holistic health clinic in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, ZA , is seeking an experienced Lead Naturopathic Practitioner & Herbalist. This crucial role involves leading the naturopathic department, providing comprehensive natural health consultations, and developing individualized treatment plans utilizing herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle advice. You will be instrumental in guiding patients towards optimal health and well-being, while also mentoring junior practitioners and contributing to the clinic's reputation for excellence in natural healthcare within **Nelspruit**. Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth patient consultations to assess health status, identify root causes of illness, and establish treatment goals. Develop and implement personalized naturopathic treatment plans, including herbal prescriptions, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle modifications. Provide expert advice and prescription of high-quality herbal remedies. Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and self-care strategies. Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in naturopathic medicine and herbalism. Supervise and mentor junior naturopathic practitioners and interns. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records according to professional standards. Requirements

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) or equivalent recognized qualification. Registered Naturopathic Practitioner with relevant professional association. Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in naturopathic medicine and herbalism. Extensive knowledge of medicinal plants, their properties, and therapeutic applications. Proven ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions using natural therapies. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
