Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a professional Nail Technician.
• Supervisory or training experience preferred.
• Expertise in gel and acrylic systems and artistic nail design.
• Strong knowledge of nail anatomy, health and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging training content.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of professional nail services including gel, acrylic, mani-pedis and nail art.
• Lead, train and mentor a team of nail technicians to meet quality standards.
• Develop and deliver training modules on techniques, products and customer service.
• Manage inventory of nail care products and supplies.
• Enforce hygiene and sanitation protocols for a safe environment.
