Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of native iOS and Android applications from concept to launch.
• Mentor and manage a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for mobile development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 8+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
• Proven expertise in native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android development (Kotlin/Java).
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, performance optimization, and memory management.
• Experience with mobile development tools, SDKs, and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
