Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Lead Instructor: Machine Learning Data Associate to deliver live German-language instruction on ML data workflows and AI concepts. You will collaborate in English with program teams, drive curriculum refinement, and adapt sessions for diverse learners in a remote, part-time capacity.

Sessions may range from small groups to thousands of participants, with time zones aligned to EST/CEST. You will mentor learners on data labeling impacts and responsible AI practices, contributing

Qualifications

• Fluency in German to deliver instruction and strong English for written comms.
• Strong practical understanding of the machine learning lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of generative AI and foundation models.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and RAG concepts.
• Experience delivering live virtual instruction to large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead live virtual classes for diverse learner groups, from 100 to 8,000+ participants.
• Deliver German instruction on ML data workflows, generative AI, prompt engineering, and related topics.
• Explain data labeling impact on model training, evaluation and deployment.
• Manage virtual classroom dynamics and learner engagement.
• Prepare thoroughly for each lecture and adapt pacing for different backgrounds.
• Collaborate with English-speaking teams to support smooth delivery.
• Contribute to curriculum refinement and course improvements.
• Provide feedback to strengthen course quality and outcomes.
• Maintain professional, empathetic learner interactions.
