Qualificações

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in mechanical design for automotive components.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in CATIA/SolidWorks and simulation tools (FEA/CFD).
• Strong knowledge of automotive design standards and DFM/DFA principles.
