Requirements

• Ph.D. in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive research experience in materials science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Extensive knowledge of materials synthesis techniques (e.g., sol-gel, CVD, additive manufacturing) and characterization methods (e.g., SEM, TEM, XRD, spectroscopy).
• Proven experience in developing and commercializing new materials.
• Strong understanding of materials physics, chemistry, and engineering principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and experimental design.
• Experience with intellectual property management and patent applications is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic research environment.
