Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex management consulting projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior consultants, fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to sales and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a strong emphasis on strategic advisory and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated success in leading large, complex transformation projects and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
