Qualifications

• Professional certification in lash extensions and brow treatments is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Lash & Brow Artist.
• Proven supervisory or management experience.
• Expertise in multiple lash extension styles and brow enhancement techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Strong understanding of eye and brow anatomy and safety protocols.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced lash extension techniques (classic, hybrid, volume).
• Conduct expert brow shaping, tinting, lamination, and henna treatments.
• Consult with clients to determine desired looks and assess suitability.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards for all procedures and tools.
• Maintain client records and track treatment progress.
• Manage studio appointments, bookings, and client flow.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of lash and brow artists.
• Oversee inventory management for lash and brow products and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and aesthetically pleasing studio.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
