Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering.
• 8+ years in industrial engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and Industry 4.0.
• Experience with ERP/MES and data analytics technologies.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects and implementing Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Deep understanding of data analytics, AI, machine learning, IoT, and automation technologies.
• Excellent strategic planning, project management, and team leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and lead teams in a fully remote environment.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Proficiency in relevant simulation and modeling software.
