The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, with 3+ years in a senior role, and a strong portfolio in balayage, highlights, vivids, and precision cuts. You will mentor juniors and contribute to salon excellence and trendsetting style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a qualified hair stylist, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven expertise in precision cutting techniques and advanced colouring methods.
• Extensive portfolio showcasing mastery in balayage, highlights, vivids, and colour transformations.
• Excellent client consultation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced hair cutting and styling for diverse hair types.
• Execute full spectrum colouring services including balayage, highlights, root touch-ups, colour correction, and fashion colours.
• Lead and mentor junior stylists, providing training and guidance on technical skills and client service.
• Manage salon operations, scheduling, inventory, and uphold salon standards.
• Stay current with trends, techniques, and product innovations.
