Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative concepts for digital marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
Oversee the design process from conception to completion, including setting project timelines and managing workloads.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual designs.
Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in the digital and entertainment space.
Present design concepts and final assets to stakeholders, articulating design rationale effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer , with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or senior role.
A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills in digital media, branding, and typography.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
