The role combines in-office collaboration with remote work in a Hybrid arrangement, guiding a team to deliver branding, digital assets, and marketing collateral that meet client objectives and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring designers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with significant lead/senior responsibilities.
• Strong portfolio across branding, digital media, and print.
• Excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team with guidance and mentorship.
• Conceptualize and execute branding, campaigns, and digital assets.
• Oversee the design process from concept to production with quality control.
• Collaborate with clients, account managers, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Ensure outputs align with brand guidelines and briefs.
• Create compelling graphics, layouts, and illustrations.
