Placements24 is seeking a Senior Geography Educator to lead the Geography department at a respected Bloemfontein institution. You will guide curriculum development, promote critical analysis of geographical issues, and foster environmental responsibility.

The role emphasizes fieldwork, map analysis, GIS integration, and mentoring junior teachers. You will organize field trips and motivate students to excel while engaging with current global environmental and social challenges.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geography or related field.
• At least 6 years of Geography teaching experience, including 2+ in a lead role.
• Proficiency in GIS, statistics, and cartography.
• Experience in curriculum design and integrating fieldwork into teaching.
