We're Hiring: Lead Generator / NBD Specialist – GovDeals

Location: Retreat, Cape Town, South Africa

Schedule: Office-based, 40 hours per week

Your Mission

As a Lead Generator / NBD Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, uncovering new business opportunities within the U.S. government sector and the industrial SME sector in the United States and Canada.

Your focus will be on identifying surplus asset sales opportunities from: Government facilities, Fleet and transportation departments, Municipal, state, and federal agencies, as well as educational institutions. You'll work closely with our global team to build relationships, qualify leads, and support the onboarding of new sellers to the GovDeals platform.

Key Responsibilities

You are responsible for researching and uncovering new business leads and entering the information into a company-wide CRM.

Details include
  • Daily research of lead sources of information and data to identify qualified leads
  • Establish a close-loop of communication with stakeholders as to the quality of leads
  • Refine lead parameters to ensure highest quality
  • Enter all viable leads into the Hubspot CRM with accurate information
  • Achieve monthly goals for lead generation
  • Provide monthly reporting to stakeholders on lead achievement
