Placements24 is seeking a highly creative Lead Game Designer to spearhead the design vision for Welkom-based interactive experiences. You will define core gameplay mechanics, systems, and player progression while leading a team of designers across art, engineering, and production.

The role demands deep knowledge of game systems design, player psychology, and engagement loops, plus a proven track record shipping titles on multiple platforms.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Lead Game Designer to spearhead the design vision for their next generation of interactive entertainment experiences in Welkom . You will be responsible for defining core gameplay mechanics, systems, and player experiences, leading a talented team of designers to bring these visions to life. This role requires a deep understanding of player psychology, a passion for creating engaging mechanics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with art, engineering, and production teams. Key Responsibilities

• Define and document core gameplay mechanics , systems, and player progression across various game titles.
