Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Frontend Developer specializing in React to join their remote-first team. You will lead frontend development, architect UI components, and mentor a team of developers while collaborating with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications.

This role focuses on driving technical excellence in UI development, implementing robust testing strategies, optimizing performance, and keeping ahead of frontend trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Web Development, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of frontend development experience with a strong React focus.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React.js core principles.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and build tools (Webpack or Vite).
• GIT version control and cross-browser performance optimization.
