Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Front-End Developer or a Senior Front-End Developer with leadership potential.
• Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Proficiency in state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience with unit testing and end‑to‑end testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex front‑end features using React or Vue.js.
• Architect and establish front‑end development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Mentor and guide junior front‑end developers, providing technical leadership and fostering their professional growth.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate visual designs and wireframes into functional, responsive user interfaces.
• Work closely with back‑end developers to define API requirements and integrate front‑end components with server‑side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to established standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex front‑end issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest front‑end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
