Placements24 is seeking a Lead Esthetician & Skin Specialist to manage a high-end spa in George. You will deliver advanced skincare treatments, lead a team of estheticians, and ensure exceptional client experiences while upholding spa protocols.

The role requires 7+ years as a licensed esthetician, expertise in facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and laser (if applicable), and strong leadership with a client-first approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician with advanced treatments.
• Supervisory or lead experience in a spa or clinical setting.
• Expertise in facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments (if applicable).
• Strong understanding of dermatology and skincare formulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and sales skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive skin analyses and recommend personalized facial treatments, peels, and other procedures.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of estheticians to ensure service quality.

Key Responsibilities
