• Lead and manage the electrical design team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
• Collaborate with clients and suppliers to align electrical design requirements and expectations.
• Assign engineering tasks and oversee project schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide technical guidance to maintain compliance with industry standards and engineering best practices.
• Conduct design reviews to verify accuracy, feasibility, and quality of electrical systems.
• Execute CAD design tasks, including 3D modelling and 2D drawings, to support project development.
• Support production and project execution through hands-on mentorship, training, and technical assistance.

Skills & Experience

• Over 15 years of post-graduate experience in electrical design within manufacturing or heavy machinery environments.
• Proficient in CAD design and Product Data Management (PDM) systems for effective engineering workflow.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer literacy.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage changing priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, guiding engineers and technicians.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
