Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified Diesel Mechanic.
• 5+ years as a Foreman or Service Manager at a franchised dealership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations and workflow.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the team of technicians and support staff.
• Ensure adherence to OEM standards for UD & FAW.
• Drive productivity and efficiency of the service department.
• Handle escalated customer queries to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage job cards and quality control.
• Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.
• Oversee health, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare monthly service department performance reports.
