About The Role
Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career while continuing your studies? Join our growing Lead Development team and gain hands-on experience in research, telephonic engagement, and CRM management.
This is not a sales role. Instead, you\'ll focus on persuasive conversations, accurate data collection, and CRM updates to support business growth. If you are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, this role is for you!

Hours: 07h30 - 16h00
Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain the organisations CRM database (Zoho) through telephonic and online research.
- Adapt conversations to meet daily and weekly KPI targets.
- Conduct deep research on prospects via Google, LinkedIn, and supplied lists.
- Record accurate information and updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily call volume and database quality targets.
- Participate in team events, company outings, and projects.
- Work independently to deliver results while contributing to a collaborative team.

Education & Qualifications
- Matric certificate essential (non-negotiable).
- Graduate (completed or currently studying part-time towards a degree).
Experience & Technical Knowledge
- Computer literate with good internet research skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn for research and prospecting.
