ARC (a division of Badger SA) in George, Western Cape, is seeking an experienced Data Scientist Lead to guide our data science team and deliver high-impact ML solutions from concept to production.

You will own end-to-end ML projects, mentor three Data Scientists and one ML Engineer, and collaborate with underwriting, claims, finance and operations to turn business problems into scalable, explainable models.

• Lead a team of three Data Scientists and one ML Engineer to deliver ML projects.
