Job summary

Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages is seeking a data engineering/BI lead to develop and optimize scalable data pipelines and maintain robust data infrastructure. You will ensure data quality, governance, and compliance while translating stakeholder needs into data solutions and enabling analytics.

The role involves mentoring team members, aligning with business and technology strategies, and driving the evolution of the data engineering function. Location is Parow, WC, ZA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (NQF7) in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in business analysis or related technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of industry and business context.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server applications and BI tools (SSAS/SSRS/SSIS).

It plays a key role in maintaining system performance, data integrity, and compliance with governance standards. The position supports business and technology strategies by translating stakeholder needs into data solutions, enabling analytics and leading the evolution of the data engineering function.
