Job summary

Tailormade Solution is seeking a seasoned Professional Quantity Surveyor to lead high-value built-environment projects in South Africa. The role requires a formal qualification and professional registration, plus a strong post-registration track record in large-scale programs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exposure to projects exceeding R200 million in value and hold SACQSP Pr. QS or CCP certification. Johannesburg area preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum NQF Level 7 qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Commerce in the Built Environment.
• Registration with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (Pr. QS) OR with AACEI as a CCP.
• Minimum of 5 years post-registration related experience.
• Proven track record of projects undertaken with a cumulative value greater than R200 million.
