Key Responsibilities

Perform a comprehensive range of cosmetic tattooing procedures with precision and artistry. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their desired outcomes, assess facial features, and select appropriate techniques and colors. Design natural-looking permanent makeup that complements each client's unique features. Administer treatments ensuring client comfort, safety, and adherence to strict hygiene protocols. Manage pre- and post-procedure client care instructions and follow-ups. Maintain a pristine and well-organized treatment environment, including sterilization of equipment. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the permanent makeup industry. Mentor and guide junior artists, providing technical feedback and support. Contribute to the development and refinement of service offerings and treatment standards. Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and consistent results.

Requirements

Recognized certification and extensive training in cosmetic tattooing and permanent makeup techniques (e.g., microblading, digital PMU). Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as a practicing Cosmetic Tattoo Artist. Demonstrable portfolio showcasing a high level of skill, artistry, and diverse techniques. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, symmetry, and color theory. Expertise in hygiene, cross-contamination prevention, and sterilization procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills. Ability to work independently and manage a demanding schedule in Rustenburg .
