Qualifications

• Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from an accredited institution.
• Registered and licensed to practice dentistry in South Africa.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with a strong emphasis on cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
• Proven experience in dental practice management or leadership roles.
• Expertise in a wide range of cosmetic dental procedures (e.g., veneers, crowns, bridges, dental implants, teeth whitening).
• Strong understanding of dental materials, technology (CAD/CAM, digital imaging), and treatment planning software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating a remote team.
