Responsibilities

• Lead the design and planning of civil engineering projects, including roads, water reticulation, and bulk earthworks.
• Oversee and guide project teams comprising engineers, technicians, and drafters in a remote setting.
• Mentor and develop junior engineering staff, fostering their technical and professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, budgets, and timelines, managing resources effectively.
• Conduct technical reviews of designs, calculations, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate project progress and approvals.
