Job summary

This permanent, on-site role covers daily bread, pastry, and cake production, equipment and hygiene management, new product development, inventory control, and team leadership to foster skill growth and reliable output.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a commercial bakery or kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of doughs, fermentation, and baking processes.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina and attention to detail.
• Culinary/baking certification is an advantage.
