Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Over 8 years of hands-on experience in automotive electrical systems engineering, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Expertise in circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layout review.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and techniques for automotive electronics.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to production.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) is highly desirable.
