Job summary

QIMA is looking for a Lead Auditor to launch and grow QuantiLAB's Certification Business Unit across Southern and Eastern Africa. This role combines technical auditing excellence with entrepreneurial business development. The Lead Auditor will oversee food safety and quality certification audits, leveraging industry relationships to build a client pipeline. Candidates should possess a strong background in food safety standards and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in auditing. The position offers a dynamic role with uncapped sales commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in food safety auditing and certification.
• Proven ability to conduct third-party audits (HACCP, BRCGS, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive launch and growth of QuantiLAB’s certification activity.
• Conduct food safety and quality certification audits.
• Develop relationships with food producers and retailers.
