We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to join our Work and Rewards team in South Africa. This role reports directly to the Associate Director and will be instrumental in delivering high-impact organisational design (OD), process mapping, and job architecture (JA) projects across multiple sectors. The successful candidate will be expected to plug into existing projects with ease, bringing deep consulting expertise and a proven ability to deliver on complex assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support OD, process mapping, and JA projects from scoping to delivery.
- Apply WTW methodologies and tools to design job families, career frameworks, and organisational structures.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and calibration sessions.
- Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Support sales efforts through solutioning, scoping, and proposal input.
Sales & Contribution
- Actively contribute to business development and sales efforts.
- Support proposal creation and client solutioning.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-practice collaboration.
Required Experience
- Consulting experience is non-negotiable. Candidates must demonstrate a strong track record in consulting environments.
- Proven delivery of OD, JA, and process mapping projects across diverse industries.
- Familiarity with WTW frameworks such as GGS, Career Navigator, and OrgVue.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

- Sales Contribution: Experience supporting business development through proposal writing and client solutioning.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as OrgVue, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and easily learn WTW proprietary platforms.
- Baquelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree is a plus
