Qualifications

• 8 years hands-on operational experience in a manufacturing plant.
• 5 years of leadership experience managing teams in a production environment.
• Ability to manage a business unit and operate at the plant level.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance of laminates teams through team leaders.
• Monitor output and optimise plant performance to reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety measures and improve safety protocols.
