A leading consulting firm is seeking a Labour Law Team Leader in Johannesburg to manage client relationships and oversee the Labour Law Consulting team. The role includes ensuring client retention, leading staff development, and reporting to management. Candidates should have a B-degree in IR, Law, HR, or Industrial Psychology and experience in leadership roles. A customer-first mindset and proficiency in key skills are necessary for success.
We are looking for a Labour Law Team Leader who will be responsible for securing developing and maintaining client relationships. Become a strategic partner to the IR base by raising the level of contact and staying visible within the base. Consulting with a high degree of industry expertise and knowledge across the Labour Law base (where required). Development and retention of team. Management and leading of the Labour Law Consulting team. Ensuring the product is delivered according to spec and clients are retained at 95%. Strategic link between the Consultants and the PM to collaborate on product design etc. Management of capacity and COS in the team (Area Focus etc.).
