A leading Industrial Relations consulting firm in Johannesburg is seeking a Labour Law Litigator to handle all phases of litigation matters. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, managing client cases, and representing clients in arbitration. The ideal candidate will have a B-degree in a relevant field, at least one year of experience, and excellent communication skills. The role offers a competitive salary of R22,950 and comprehensive benefits including hybrid work options and career support.

You are responsible for
Inclusive of, but not limited to:
Attending to all client matters and all phases of litigation matters/cases from the investigation, discovery, assessment phase through the pre-arbitration, conciliation, settlement, mediation, and arbitration processes.
