  • Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of labour law.

  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle is essential.

Job description

We currently have an exciting position available for a Labour Law Consultant to be based at our Bloemfontein branch.

Responsibilities
  • Retaining all clients as well as servicing clients in terms of all Labour Law issues.
  • All clients are contacted as per schedule.
Typical Labour Law Issues
  • Chairing of disciplinary inquiries
  • Drafting of recommendations
  • Assist with the issuing of warnings to ensure compliance
  • Drafting and implementing of policies
Complex Labour Law Issues
  • Wage negotiations
  • Strike Management
  • Retrenchments
Package & Remuneration

Salary: R17 850 CTC

Qualifications
  • 3 years B. Degree or equivalent in HR / IR / LLB or related field
  • More than 1 years experience in Industrial Relations

  • Valid drivers license and own vehicle is essential
