Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HR consulting, labour relations, or workforce strategy.
• Experience in financial sector and emerging markets is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement labour and HR policy.
• Conduct HR due diligence, audits, and assessments.
• Identify risks involving job quality and workplace conditions.
• Design HR management systems to enhance job quality.
• Provide mediation and dispute resolution services.
• Deliver workshops on compliance with labour standards.
• Assess company culture and develop action plans.
• Offer specialized support on labour and HR matters.
