Job summary

A legal consulting firm is seeking an Entry Level Labour / BEE Legal Advisor in Nelspruit. The role involves providing advice on Labour Law and B-BBEE compliance, drafting legal documents, and liaising with clients. Ideal candidates will hold an LLB or BCom Law degree, be bilingual in English and Afrikaans, and possess a driver’s license. The position requires good administrative and planning skills. In-house training will be provided.

Qualifications

• At least three years of legal qualification.
• One year of practical experience in Labour Law is preferred.
• Valid Code 8 (B) Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and electronic client queries.
• Draft labour documents and policies.
• Consult and travel to clients.
• Chair disciplinary hearings and consultations.
• Maintain client files and provide referrals.
