Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses of raw materials.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments.
- Perform routine quality control checks.
- Record, interpret, and report test results accurately.
- Ensure laboratory practices comply with ISO, HACCP, and GMP.
- Participate in audits and provide technical support.
- Investigate and report on product quality deviations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, pH meters, balances).
- Perform routine quality control checks in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Record, interpret, and report test results accurately and timeously.
- Ensure laboratory practices comply with ISO, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits; provide technical support for compliance.
- Investigate and report on product quality deviations and non-conformances.
- Maintain laboratory stock, reagents, and consumables inventory.
- Uphold good laboratory practices (GLP), including safety, hygiene, and documentation protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
- National Diploma / Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Minimum 24 years laboratory experience in an FMCG, food, or beverage environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, GMP, and ISO 17025 requirements.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments and testing methods.
