Job summary

A global testing, inspection, and certification company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Laboratory Administrator in overseeing administrative functions and maintaining customer communication. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with laboratory or chemistry qualifications being advantageous. This role requires adherence to safety and quality standards in a laboratory environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative position.
  • Laboratory background would be an advantage.
  • Chemistry related qualification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining the LIMS system.
  • Adhere to the laboratory quality management system.
  • Print and email test reports.
  • Invoicing for completed work.
