Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new customers in the Industrial sector
• Drive sales of labels and label consumables by following a structured sales process
• Grow market share by generating leads, cold calling, and setting up client meetings
• Conduct client site audits to better understand customer requirements
• Prepare and present tailored quotations based on client needs
• Ensure high customer service standards by managing orders, backlogs, and sample requests
• Build strong long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Manage complaints professionally and ensure timely resolutions
• Update CRM system (Skynamo) regularly and provide accurate sales reports
• Attend sales meetings and performance reviews with your Sales Manager

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• 3-4 years of technical field sales experience (preferably in Industrial or Label Sales)
• Proven track record in following and executing a structured sales process
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and solutions-focused
• Professional, disciplined, and eager to grow through company-led development
