Job summary

A global data and technology firm is looking for a Learning & Development Administrator in Johannesburg. This role focuses on coordinating training requests, managing training records, and supporting the onboarding of new staff. Qualifications

  • Experience in learning and development roles.
  • Familiarity with Skills Audit for reporting.
  • Understanding of BBBEE.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training requests and manage training records.
  • Act as point of contact for learning and development queries.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes.
  • Manage learnership implementations and reporting.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical mindset with report generation ability
Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and in a team

Education

Diploma or degree in Human Resources
OD ETDP qualification / Skills Development Facilitator (desired)
