Job summary

Eastern Personnel Consultants / Oostelike Personeel Konsultante in Kyalami, Gauteng, seeks a Replacement Parts Specialist for automotive spare parts sales. You will assist customers over the counter, online or via other platforms, and advise on parts to secure sales.

Requirements include South African citizenship, a clean criminal record and ITC, and a Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 plus Saturday 08:00–13:00 schedule. Salary is R9,500 plus commission, with provident fund and a December bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive spare parts sales.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of vehicle replacement parts and compatibility.

• Energetic Replacement Parts Specialist with Automotive Spare Parts Sales experience.
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts.
• Customer service.
• To provide an exceptional level of service to current and prospective customers relating to all parts being sold over the counter, online, or any other platform.
• The Salesperson will assist the customer in understanding the Companies products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.
• Stable work record.
