Job description

Position: Kitchen Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to recipes and company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing work surfaces, and taking out trash
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and team members
• Stock and rotate ingredients and supplies to maintain freshness and minimize waste
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Uphold high levels of customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance
• Other duties as assigned by kitchen manager or supervisor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred, but not required
