We’re seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our back‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced, full‑service casual dining restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen budgets to achieve financial targets
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance and morale
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and front‑of‑house team to deliver smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Plan and implement menu updates, specials, and seasonal offerings in coordination with culinary leadership
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or in a similar leadership role within a full-service or casual dining restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
