Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide proactive, professional and friendly service.
• Present menus, explain menu items, advise customers on specials and make appropriate recommendations.
• Prepare and serve beverages, snacks and food directly to customers.
• Check identification where required to ensure compliance with minimum legal age requirements for alcohol consumption.
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times and adhere to the prescribed uniform and dress code.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain hygienic and well-organised kitchen, bar and service areas.
